Execution Method

The program execution method MAPPING THE POTENTIAL AND COMPETENCE SDM given to participants / candidates are as follows:

  1. Test Method
    1. Inspection / measurement through a set of batrey-test that can analyze the structure of the personal motives of each of the candidates, as well as analysis of work motivation based on the demands of work can be done there so the picture mapping motivation dimliki by candidates and the effectiveness of its use in behavior supportive working.
    2. Independent tasks (inventory), a questionnaire that will provide images / profile specific psychologic owned by a candidate in connection with the mapping of potential candidates associated with the management skills, organizing and controlling tasks - tasks and classification / leveling potential candidates.
  2. Interview Method

    Debriefing activities undertaken by the Psychologist to the candidate is or in groups.

  3. Observation Method

    Structured observation of activities undertaken by an individual psychologist to candidates during interviews and group discussions take place.

Program Implementation

Implementation of the potential and competency mapping program Human Capital takes 2 (two) days. The first day for collecting data through the test, while the second day for individual interviews and group discussions. Implementation of this program can also be held one full day if possible. In other words, time can be adjusted to the condition of the company.

Reports

Reporting results and Competency Mapping Human Capital Potential created for each individual or participant in a description of the dynamics of each dimension explored potential. The report will be given no later than 1 (one) month after the program implementation. Next to every individual will be given individual feedback from the "Mapping" is the time to be determined later.
